I cannot recommend the Crossraods at Bon Air enough. My father in-law spent his last days on memory care unit with exceptional care. From the top on down, the staff at Crossroads are friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a philosophy of kindness and support.

My mom just moved in and we are all so happy we found this place for her. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful and she has enjoyed many of the activities already. We hope it will be a perfect fit and she will be there for years to come.
After visiting many different facilities, Crossroads at Bon Air came out on top! We are impressed with the caring staff, the variety of activities offered and the genuine support of the residents. Clean environment, friendly staff, great place!
This is a 5 star review for the staff at Crossroads. They are wonderful. Special kudos to Jemetrice, KeKe and Charlene. There were more but these ladies were here for us at the end. The only flaw in their system is the food delivery to the resident's rooms. That area needs lots of help. I would definitely recommend for your loved one.
