"After visiting many memory care units, I kept comparing them to what I saw at The Crossings at Bon Air. Upon my first visit to the community, the staff stood out. There was evidence of caring and positive interaction, not just custodial care. Everyone was most helpful and gave wonderful care to my husband."
My Grandfather resided here for a few months and it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend The Crossings at Bon Air to my friends and family!
Spacious apartments with great amenities; very clean facility; helpful and friendly staff.
The environment is very clean and orderly. The atmosphere was very friendly and the staff you could tell cared for the residents. The residents were all super friendly, over all enjoyable visit
I cannot recommend the Crossraods at Bon Air enough. My father in-law spent his last days on memory care unit with exceptional care. From the top on down, the staff at Crossroads are friendly, compassionate, and respectful with a philosophy of kindness and support.
Friendly, active environment with caring staff members. Lots of activities are offered for residents.
My mom just moved in and we are all so happy we found this place for her. Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful and she has enjoyed many of the activities already. We hope it will be a perfect fit and she will be there for years to come.
After visiting many different facilities, Crossroads at Bon Air came out on top! We are impressed with the caring staff, the variety of activities offered and the genuine support of the residents. We feel all staff are advocates for the residents. It appears to be a happy and positive environment for everyone. Clean environment, friendly staff, great place!
This is a 5 star review for the staff at Crossroads. They are wonderful. Special kudos to Jemetrice, KeKe and Charlene. There were more but these ladies were here for us at the end. The only flaw in their system is the food delivery to the resident's rooms. That area needs lots of help. I would definitely recommend for your loved one.
